Two kinds of data
Your account data — the details you give us to use DigiGrowth. We are the controller for this.
Your contacts’ data — the people you upload and market to. You are the controller; we process it only on your instructions, to run the service.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email address, workspace name.
- Content you create: campaigns, offers, templates, notes, settings.
- Contact records you import: typically name, email, company, job title, phone, and any tags or notes you add.
- Delivery and engagement events: sends, opens, clicks, replies, unsubscribes, bounces.
- Operational logs needed to run and secure the service.
Why we use it
To provide the service you asked for, to keep it secure and reliable, to enforce plan limits and bill you, and to give you support. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your contacts’ data to advertise to them on our own behalf.
Subprocessors
We use a small set of providers to run DigiGrowth:
- Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting, database, authentication.
- Google (Gemini) — AI generation for the content you ask it to draft.
- Stripe — payments. Card details go to Stripe, never to us.
- Your email provider — the SMTP or mail service you connect for sending.
Data may be processed outside your country by these providers under their own safeguards.
Security
Access requires an authenticated account. Workspaces are isolated from one another. Credentials you connect — such as mail-server passwords and access tokens — are encrypted before storage, and the service refuses to store them if encryption is not configured. Sending is approval-gated by default.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After you close it we retain data only as long as needed to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete it. You can export your contacts to CSV at any time from inside the app.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to some processing. Contact us and we will respond. If you are one of our customers’ contacts, please contact that business first — they control your data; we will assist them.
